Tropical Zen Atrium
A prestigious client in Hanoi commissioned BH Development to visualise a luxury penthouse before construction. The brief: a spacious, light‑filled home that combines classical proportions with subtle Art Deco and Asian motifs — using marble, light oak, bouclé fabric, and accents of blue.
Our team built a detailed 3D model of the entire residence. The grand entrance hall features a curved marble staircase with lotus‑engraved railings, a cascading silver‑stone chandelier, and a large blue glass torus sculpture. The double‑height main salon boasts a mirrored grid wall, a linear bio‑fireplace in a marble portal, white bouclé armchairs, an organic blue coffee table, and panoramic windows overlooking Hanoi.
Adjacent areas include a formal round dining table under a white pleated multi‑tier chandelier, a marble bar counter with dark‑teal stools, and an informal lounge with a sectional cream sofa and a blue patterned rug. Every texture — from the lacquered surfaces to the woven wall panels — was rendered to convey serene prestige.
