First impression: herringbone oak, cream desk with cane webbing, sage‑green armchair, and a sculptural white chandelier. Every texture — from velvet to woven lampshade — was digitally rendered before a single screw was turned.
The long perspective reveals floor‑to‑ceiling storage in cream cabinetry, a window bench with soft cushions, and an abstract painting anchoring the far wall. Quiet luxury, functional symmetry, and warm Mediterranean‑Asian light.
Dressing room as a jewel box. Crystal chandelier, glass‑top island, warm integrated lighting — designed digitally to feel as luxurious as a boutique hotel suite.
A serene sanctuary. Wainscoting, plaid‑patterned linens, and a glass door opening to a private lawn — all experienced in 3D before the first wall was painted.
Contrasting calm. Tufted headboard, brass lamp, barrel chair and a view of palm trees. The deep blue accents create a sophisticated dialogue with the surrounding nature.

Hanoi, VN — 2025

The Hanoi Study

A client from Vietnam commissioned BH Development to visualise a private home office before any construction work began. The brief: a light‑filled, quiet‑luxury workspace that combines classical proportion with modern function.

Using advanced 3D visualisation and spatial storytelling, we recreated every detail: the herringbone parquet, the cream‑coloured desk with cane webbing, the layered lighting — from a white multi‑tiered chandelier to brass‑based table lamps. The digital model allowed the client to walk through the room, experience the floor‑to‑ceiling built‑in cabinets, the window bench with sage‑green cushions, and two abstract artworks on the walls.

The study was delivered as an immersive virtual experience within 48 hours — ready for investor presentation and interior construction.
