Miami Heritage Residence

A Miami‑based client commissioned BH Development to create a complete immersive 3D walkthrough of their future private home. The brief: a warm, elegant residence that blends classical architecture with light Asian influences — using natural materials, soft greenery, and sophisticated lighting.

Our team built a digital twin of the entire house: the dining room with its sculptural ring pendant lights, built‑in glass cabinets displaying white porcelain, and a back wall featuring a delicate cherry‑branch mural. The living areas include a cosy fireplace lounge with a crystal chandelier and exposed wooden beams, plus a grand piano hall opening onto a garden of palm trees and arches.

The master suite — with arched windows, tufted headboard, and a reading corner — was staged virtually with calm beige textiles and soft green accents. Every detail, from the herringbone floors to the decorative plaster reliefs, was visualised in 3D to ensure emotional resonance and architectural harmony.
