6‑Bedroom Luxury Villa

BH Development was commissioned to create a complete immersive 3D experience for a 6‑bedroom private villa in Marbella. The client needed to feel the atmosphere — not just see plans. Using advanced 3D visualisation and spatial storytelling, we recreated the villa’s soul: warm Mediterranean light bouncing off large‑format stone floors, golden spike chandeliers above the dining table, and a seamless flow from the kitchen island to the shaded terrace.

The digital model allowed the investor to experience the entrance, the walk‑in closet with its crystal chandelier, and two contrasting bedrooms — one in calm beige tones, the other with deep blue accents — before construction began. All within 48 hours.
