The Azure Residence stands as a definitive manifesto of modern architecture, positioned on the prestigious first line of the Miami coastline. The primary objective of the project was to dissolve the boundaries between the sophisticated interior spaces and the infinite ocean horizon. By utilizing a “clean lines” concept and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, we achieved a seamless integration that floods the residence with natural light and coastal serenity.

The material palette is a curated selection of natural limestone, polished steel, and solid oak, creating a “natural stone and sand” aesthetic that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape. Every detail, from the structural joints to the bespoke furniture, reflects a commitment to minimalist luxury. The design avoids unnecessary ornamentation, allowing the raw beauty of premium materials and the rhythm of the architectural grid to define the atmosphere.
