Lac Residence

The Lac Residence is a masterclass in spatial harmony and material contrast, designed for a client who values both grand entertaining and intimate relaxation. Set within a double-height volume, the design narrative unfolds through a sophisticated palette of warm woods, soft creams, and deep sage greens, punctuated by the cool blue of the custom rug and a cascading crystal chandelier.

The living zone is anchored by a pair of sculptural 3D-plaster panels depicting birds in flight, surrounded by a bespoke cream modular sofa and emerald velvet armchairs. A pristine white FAZIOLI grand piano stands as a sculptural object, bridging the living and dining areas. The dining zone features a monolithic table surrounded by green velvet chairs, set against a large-scale textured portrait that injects bold artistic energy into the room.

The culinary zone is a testament to functional luxury, featuring a dramatic Calacatta marble waterfall island, smoked oak cabinetry, and brushed brass fixtures. Through advanced 3D visualisation, we meticulously crafted the interplay of light, shadow, and texture, allowing the client to experience the residence’s grandeur long before construction began.
